Dispatch Rider
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
Reporting and liaising with the Branch operation manager on purchase, inventory,sorting and stacking of stock
Keeping a record and maintaining cycle counts of the entire inventory in the store.
Receiving and verifying the inventory with the purchase order listings.
Reporting loss, damage and any such discrepancies to the Branch operation Manager
Sorting all stock and stacking them appropriately after purchase.
Maintaining proper documentation processed for the receipt of all purchase and supplies.
Ensuring the timely dispatch of order(s) to the appropriate destinations.
Coordinating and synchronizing work functions with the vendors, suppliers and other internal departments of the establishment.
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work functions.
Requirements
1 year work experience.
Must have a valid license
Preferably living on the island
Good communication, customer service and organisation skills
Experience driving a bike or working as a dispatch rider is Compulsory.
Salary

N40,000 – N50,000 monthly.

2). Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Deal with the customers via emails, over the phone, Whatsapp
Remain customer oriented and maintain high customer satisfaction
Manage large amount of incoming calls
Accept orders via phone calls and online platforms
Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve it. If the problem doesn’t seem to be solved, then forward the problem to the superiors.
Respond to the problems of the customer promptly
Transfer Orders to respective Branches and monitor it till it’s fulfilled
Take the Extra mile to engage customers
Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner
Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
Maintain a follow up on the customer, whose query you had solved,. Ensure they are satisfied with your answer.
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work functions.
Assist Kitchen staff where and when necessary.
Requirements
BSC or HND from a reputable institution
Excellent spoken communication skills
Excellent problem solving and sales skills
Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service
Experience working in hospitality industry would be an added advantage
Salary
N65,000 – N80,000 monthly.
